Mackenzie is a writer based in Boulder, Colorado by way of LA, New York, and the suburbs of Chicago. Her background spans narrative storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy for the tech, health, and entertainment industries.

Her writing credits include over 30 episodes for Spotify’s scripted narrative podcasts, as well as television episodes for Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime.

Mackenzie’s essays, poetry, and creative nonfiction can be found in Architectural Digest, Hobart Pulp, Redivider, X-RAY, Repeller, Reed Magazine, and more. She was a residential writer for The Kenyon Review’s 2024 Creative Nonfiction workshop.

In her downtime, she likes to argue about east coast vs. west coast bagels.
